浅谈中药生半夏的临床合理应用

Clinical application of unprocessed rhizoma pinellia

目的:通过临床调查分析,安全合理使用生半夏。方法:笔者通过两年来我院114例临床病例疗效观察,生半夏通过煎煮后并无刺激咽喉、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,适用于汤剂。结果:生半夏用于汤剂无毒,禁用中成药丸、散制剂。结论:生半夏在治疗降逆止呕、化痰镇咳等病症中疗效明显高于制半夏,生半夏与其它药合用比使用制半夏疗效更明显,更能达到理想的治疗效果。

Objective： To apply unprocessed rhizoma pinellia in a securaty and proper way under the clinical investigation and analysis, Methods： 114 patients were observed, the author reaches the conclusion that unprocessed rhizoma pinellia was suitable for soup without any side reactions as throat stimulation, nausea, vomit and other symptoms. Results： Unprocessed rhizoma pinellia is nontoxic in the form of decoction, but is banned to be used in TCM medicine pills or powder preparation. Conclusion： Unprocessed rhizoma pinellia shows better therapeutic effects on Jiangni Zhiou, Huatan Zhenke than processed rhizoma pinellia. Moreover, unprocessed rhizoma pinellia plus other medicines has a more outstanding effects than processed rhizoma pinellia,and it can even reach the perfect state.
