自拟腰痛汤加减配针灸治疗坐骨神经痛68例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 68 cases of sciatica with the Yaotong decoction plus acupuncture and moxibustion

目的：自拟腰痛汤加减配针灸治疗坐骨神经痛疗效观察。方法：运用自拟腰痛汤加减配针灸治疗坐骨神经痛68例，疗程2～3周，对服药后综合疗效进行总结。结果：临床治愈55例，好转9例，无效4例，治愈率为81％，有效率为94％。结论：自拟腰痛汤加减配针灸治疗坐骨神经痛疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Yaotong decoction plus acupuncture and moxibustion on sciatica. Methods 68 patients with sciatica were given the Yaotong decoction plus acupuncture and moxibustion, 2-3 weeks for 1 course. After treatment, comprehensive effect was summarized. Results： In 68 cases, 55 cases were cured, 9 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, the curative rate was 81%, and the efficacy was 94%. Conclusion： The Yaotong decoction plus acuptmcture and moxibustion were confirmed with sigrfificant efficacy.
