罗氏推拿配合桂冰腰痛栓治疗腰椎间盘突出症120例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 120 cases of lumbar disc herniation by LUO'S massage plus Guibing Yaotong Shuan

目的:探讨推拿配合桂冰腰痛栓治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2013年1月-2014年1月确诊腰椎间盘突出症的患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予罗氏推拿配合桂冰腰痛栓治疗,对照组则采用单纯罗氏推拿治疗,治疗10d为1个疗程,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:通过治疗其治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罗氏推拿配合桂冰腰痛栓治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者的腰腿痛,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of massage plus Guibing Yaotong Shuan on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given massage plus Guibing Yaotong Shuan; another was given massage solo. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment group was 96.7%, it was 81.7% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LUO＇S massage plus Guibing Yaotong Shuan can improve clinical effects and quality of life, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
