蒙药医结合牵引、熏蒸、推拿、激光治疗腰腿痛疾病的临床总结

A clinical summary of treating lumbocrural pain by Mongolian medicine plus traction,fumigation,massage,laser therapy

我们以蒙藏医学的理论辨证施治原则,将腰腿痛疾病的生理、病理并病因病机诊断法分类为气滞血瘀型、湿热痹痛型、风寒湿困形、肝肾亏损型,以蒙藏药五味甘露药浴汤散为基础,辨证分型加调剂用药并结合药物熏蒸、牵引、推拿、激光治疗腰椎间盘病315病列临床观察,治愈213例、显效65例、好转25例、无效12例,总有效率96.2%。

Pathogenesis of lumbocrural pain were divided into 4 types in the Mongolian and Tibetan medicine differentiation： Qizhi Xueyu type, Shire pitong type, Fenghan shiktm type, Ganshen Kuisun type, 315 patients were given Mongolian medicine （Wuwei ganlu） plus traction, fumigation, massage, laser therapy. After treatment, 213 cases were cured, 65 cases were markedly effective, 25 cases were improved, and 12 cases were invalid, and the total efficiency was 96.2%.
