房室传导阻滞中医辨证治疗体会

Experience for treating atrioventricular block in TCM differentiation

房室传导阻滞是难治性心血管疾病之一,中医病机为本虚标实,心肾阳虚为本,寒、痰、瘀为标。主要病位在心,常涉及肾、脾。心肾阳虚证辨治以温补心肾;寒凝血瘀证辨治以温阳通脉;痰瘀痹阻证辨治以祛痰化瘀;另据病情佐以益气养心阴等法。

Atrioventricular block is a cardiovascular disease; it is very difficult on treatment. The pathogenesis is Benxu Biaoshi, Xinshen Yangxu Weiben, Han, Tan, Yu Weibiao. The disease-bit focused on Xin and often related to Shen and Pi. Xinshen Yangxu, Harming Xueyu, Tanyu Bizu syndrome was given Wenbu Xinshen, Wenyang Tongmai, Qutan Huayu respectively, and added Yiqi Yang Xinyin therapy differentiation.
