摘要
目的:观察加味补阳还五汤对脑梗塞恢复期患者临床症状、神经功能缺损的影响,探讨加味补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞的临床效果,揭示其在脑梗死中的作用机制,为脑梗塞的治疗提供新的方法。方法:采用随机双盲设计方案,将63例脑梗塞恢复期患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(33例),同时观察患者临床症状、治疗前后神经功能缺损的变化。结果:治疗后两组在临床神经功能缺损程度积分较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味补阳还五汤改善脑梗塞恢复期患者神经功能缺损程度,提高了疗效,改善了生存质量。
Objective: By observing the change of nervous function defect on the patient of cerebral infarction at restoration stage, to study the therapeutic effect of the Buyang Huanwu decoction, provide a new method for the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (33 cases). Meanwhile, observe the change of clinical syndrome and neurological deficit. Results: Clinical neurological deficit in two groups were improved significantly (P〈0.05), and the treatment group was better (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Buyang Huanwu decoction shows confirmed effects of significantly on improving neurological deficit, clinical effects and quality of life.
