眩晕的辨证治疗浅谈

Treating vertigo in differentiation

眩晕一证,病位在脑,俱因气血阴阳亏虚,脑髓失养,或痰浊瘀血阻滞,导致清阳不升,浊阴不降,上蒙于头,或肝阳化风,上扰清空,导致眩晕,涉及到的脏腑以肝、脾、肾为重点,三者之中又以肝、脾为主,致病因素则以内伤为主。在辨证治疗时,应注意从整体出发,务必先分虚实,重在辨虚实,属虚者,需分气血阴阳及肾精之盛衰,属实者,严格区分有邪与无邪,有邪需分清血瘀、水饮、痰浊;临床多是虚实夹杂,或以虚为主,虚中挟实,或以实为主,实中又有虚,应注意区分。

Vertigo, located in brain, was resulted from Qixue Yinyang Kuixu, Naosui Shiyang, or Qingyang Busheng, Zbuoyin Bujiang, or Ganyang Huafeng, Shangrao Qingkong. The related Gan, Pi, Shen was the point, especially the Gan and Pi, the fatal factor was internal injury. In the treatment, Xu and Shi should be paid attention to and clearly defined, the Xu can be divided into Qixue Yinyang and Shenjing Shengshuai; the Shi can be divided into Youxie and Wuxie, the former contains Xueyu, Shuiyin, Tanzhuo. Xu and Shi play important role in clinic, and closely related.
