中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating gastric ulcer in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将我院收治的94例胃溃疡患者均分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者给予中西医结合治疗,对照组仅给予常规西药治疗,比较两组患者胃痛恢复情况、溃疡面恢复效果以及远期复发率。结果:实验组患者胃痛恢复有效率和溃疡面恢复总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者随访12个月复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药基础上加用中药治疗能够有效改善胃溃疡患者胃痛和溃疡症状,远期复发率较低,疗效显著。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the integrative medicine on gastric ulcer. Methods： 94 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control control group was given westem medicine solo. The stomach pain group. The experimental group was given integrative medicine; the recovery, ulcer surface recovery effect and the rate of relapse were compared. Results： The efficiency of stomach recovery and the total efficiency of ulcer surface recovery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; in 12 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can improve the clinical symptoms with lower recurrence rate and significant effects.
