中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating infertility of endocrine disorders in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的100例内分泌失调性不孕症患者按随机化原则分为两组。对照组50例给予常规的西医治疗,观察组50例给予中西医结合治疗,常规治疗3个周期后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后临床治愈率86.0%、治疗有效率98.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%、92.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症具有较高的临床有效性,临床治愈率高,而且治疗期间安全性好,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate effects of the integrative medicine on infertility of endocrine disorders. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each. The control group was given routine western medicine; another was given the interactive medicine, after 3 courses, clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The cured efficacy （86.0%） and efficacy （92.0%） in the observation was higher than that （72.0% and 92.0%） in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In treatment, two groups were no adverse reactions. Conclusion： The integrative medicine shows obvious effects on infertility of endocrine disorders, and was worthy of promotion.
