中医辨证施护在原发性高血压病人中的应用研究

Application of TCM differentiation care in essential hypertension

目的:探索中医护理辨证施护在高血压病人中的应用效果。方法:将100例高血压病人分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规实施护理,观察组按中医辨证分型实施护理,观察分析治疗后两组病人服药依从性、血压控制达标情况、生活质量及病人满意度情况。结果:观察组病人服药依从性、血压控制达标情况及医疗护理的满意度明显优于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组。结论:中医辨证施护能提高高血压病人服药依从性、血压控制达标情况、生活质量及病人满意度。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of TCM differentiation care on essential hypertension. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine care, and another was given TCM differentiation care. Results： Medication compliance, blood pressure control status, satisfaction of medical care and quality of life scores in the observation group were better. Conclusion： TCM differentiation care can improve medication compliance, blood pressure control status, quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
