李元文教授治疗口腔扁平苔藓的经验浅谈

Experience of treatment for Oral lichen planus from Professor LI Yuan-wen

口腔扁平苔藓(Oral lichen planus,OLP)是口腔黏膜的慢性炎性疾病,具有癌变倾向,属于癌前状态,其病损形态多种多样,根据病损基部黏膜状况分为普通型和充血糜烂型,临床上以充血糜烂型对患者的影响最严重[1]。OLP的病因和致病机制尚不清楚。OLP的治疗主要以激素、免疫抑制剂、超声雾化、微波切术等方式,疗效欠佳。李元文教授从事皮肤性病的临床诊疗30余年,积累了丰富的临床经验,运用中医药在OLP治疗方面特色明显,疗效显著,现将其治疗经验分享如下,以飨读者。

Oral lichen planus （OLP） is a chronic inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa, premalignant, which belongs to the lesion precancerous condition with various types. According to the lesion of the base of mucosa, it is divided into a common type and a hyperaemia erosion type, and the hyperaemia erosion type effects on patients with the most severe [1]. The etiology and pathogenesis of OLP is unclear. It is treated mainly by hormones, immunosuppressants, ultrasonic atomization, microwave resection methods with poor efficacy. Professor LI Yuan-wen has been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of skin venereal disease for more than 30 years with rich clinical experience for the treatment of OLP.
