摘要
医学体数据可视化在临床上已成为辅助诊断和辅助治疗的重要手段,可视化技术一直以来是近年来研究和应用的热点。为了方便、快速、高效的实现医学体数据可视化,采用面绘制方法,基于可视化类库Visualization Toolkit(VTK)对人体肺部CT图像进行面绘制,结果表明通过移动立方体算法,重建效果逼真、速度快、能够快速高效的实现人体肺部CT图像的可视化。
Visualization for medical volumetric data has been an important method to aided diagnosis and treatment. Nowadays its techniques embrace a wide field of research and application. In order to realize the convenient, fast and efficient visualization for medical volumetric data, it applies Visualization Toolkit (VTK) to implement surface rendering of human lung CT image. The result shows Marching Cubes algorithms is quick, easy and effective to realize visualization of human lung CT images with good quality in short time.
