甘露醇、甘油果糖联合醒神开窍液治疗急性高血压性脑出血的临床研究

Clinical research on treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by mannitol, glycerol and fructose combined with Xingshen Kaiqiao fluid

目的:分析探讨中西医结合治疗急性高血压性脑出血的效果。方法:选取2012年12月—2014年1月在我院接受急性高血压性脑出血治疗的52例患者,将其按照年龄、病情等随机分为对照组和试验组两组,每组患者26例。对照组患者采用纯西医治疗方式,试验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用醒神开窍液治疗方式。分别于两组患者治疗后第7 d、第14 d、第21 d、第28 d观察两组患者的血肿体积、神经功能缺损等情况。结果:试验组患者在接受治疗第21 d、第28 d后血肿体积明显小于对照组,神经功能缺损情况明显优于对照组患者,意识障碍患者的清醒度明显优于对照组患者,两组患者治疗情况比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性高血压性脑出血症状效果良好,特别是在急性期进行综合治疗时采用中西医结合方式可以有效促进高血压性脑出血患者的血肿吸收情况,改善患者的神经功能,促使意识障碍患者清醒。

Objective：To analyze and investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：52 cases with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from December, 2012 to January, 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to age and condition, 26 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given western treatment, while patients in the experimental group were treated with Xingshen Kaiqiao fluid based on the therapy for the control group. After the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, the volume of hematoma, nerve function defects of the two groups were observed. Results：The hematoma volume of patients in the experimental group after 21st, 28th was significantly less than that of the control group, the sobriety of neural function defect was significantly better than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and Western medicine has an excellent effect on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, especially in acute period. It can effectively promote the absorption of the hematoma and improve neurological function in order to encourage patients with disturbance of consciousness.
