分析近年来来我院就诊的肛肠疾病合并血液系统疾病患者经历,分别进行探讨各血液系统疾病特点及治疗的要点,总结经验,认为并不是所有的血液系统疾病都为手术禁忌症,只要根据患者血常规检查结果和患者专科检查情况,预计患者创面大小,做好术前评估,确定合适的手术方案,亦是可以治疗的。
