中药保留灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病所致不孕症疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing on treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease caused by infertility

目的：评估中药保留灌肠疗法针对盆腔炎性疾病所致的不孕症的疗效观察与护理。方法：将本院生殖医学科选取的因盆腔炎性疾病导致不孕的病例80例随机分为2组;试验组40例,为中药保留灌肠组;对照组40例,为单一抗炎治疗组,两组分别以中药保留灌肠,西药单一治疗3个疗程（月经干净2~3d开始灌肠1周,此为1个疗程）。结果：试验组的疗效较对照组显著（P〈0.05）。试验组病人妊娠率要高于对照组。结论：盆腔炎性疾病、性生活紊乱、性卫生不佳等因素均对怀孕产生不利影响,中药保留灌注疗法对盆腔炎性疾病导致的不孕疗效显著,作为安全、有效的治疗措施,值得推广。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect observation and nursing of Chinese medicine retention enema therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease caused by infertility. Methods： The reproductive medicine department of our hospital selected for pelvic inflammatory disease resulting in infertility in 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups; the experimental group of 40 patients as Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema group;the control group of 40 cases as single anti-inflammatory treatment group. Patients in the two groups were respectively trated with retention enema of Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment for 3 courses （after 2-3 days of menstrution, enema for 1 weeks, this was a course of treatment）. Results：The efficacy of the experimental group was significant than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The pregnancy rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion：Pelvic inflammatory disease, sexual disorders, poor sanitation and other factors have adverse effects on pregnancy, infertility and curative effect of infusion therapy lead to pelvic inflammatory disease with Traditional Chinese Mmedicine retention significantly, as a safe, effective treatment measures, worthy of promotion.
