慢性胃炎的中医辨证分型治疗效果观察

Observation of TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic gastritis classification and treatment effect

目的:研究分析慢性胃炎通过中医辨证分型再干预治疗的临床效果,进而为慢性胃炎的中医临床治疗提供了有效的依据,并且提高了临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院自2012年5月—2014年6月就诊并接受中医临床干预治疗的慢性胃炎病人120例作为研究对象,均先经过中医辨证分型,再进行临床治疗,对比不同证型研究对象的治疗效果,并完善收集到数据的进一步统计分析。结果:采用中医辨证分型的研究对象通过治疗后,临床症状得到了显著的改善。其中痊愈患者86例,有效患者28例,无效患者6例,临床上有效率达到95.0%。结论:结合中医学辨证论治的理论,对于慢性胃炎病人采取辨证分型治疗,可以有效明确治疗的针对性,进一步提高临床治疗效果,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective：To study the analysis of chronic gastritis by TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical effect of intervention treatment, provide an effective basis for the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine and chronic gastritis, and to improve the clinical efficacy. Methods the hospital from 2012 May -2014 June to accept the treatment and clinical intervention of Chinese medicine treatment of 120 cases of chronic gastritis patients as the research object, first by TCM syndrome differentiation, and clinical treatment, the object of study of comparison of different syndromes in the therapeutic effect, and improve the collection of statistical data to the further analysis. The object of study results by TCM syndrome differentiation and typing by after treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved. The patient cured 86 cases, effective in 28 cases of patients with 6 cases, invalid, the clinical effective rate reached 95%. Conclusion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of syndrome differentiation theory in theory, for patients with chronic gastritis adopt syndrome differentiation treatment, can be targeted effectively clear treatment, further improve the clinical treatment effect, and is worth widely used.
