普外科腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Early Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction after Abdominal Operation in Department of General Surgery

目的:探讨腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床治疗及疗效。方法:选取我院收治的腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者50例进行分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组采用综合治疗方案。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,以及并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率(92.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),患者治疗后腹胀消失时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,腹腔感染、腹腔积液等并发症发生率(8.0%)低于对照组(20.0%),P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:对于腹部手术后发生早期炎性肠梗阻患者而言,应用综合治疗方案疗效更佳,能够缩短各项症状的恢复时间,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effects on patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation. Methods：50 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group for analysis. The control group was adopted conventional treatment while the observation group was used comprehensive treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effects and complications of patients in two groups. Results：The total effective rate （92%） of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （80%）？after treatment, abdominal distension disappearing time, anus exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound was shorter than the control group, the incidence of infection of abdominal cavity, peritoneal effusion complication （8%） was lower than that of control group （20%）, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation, the comprehensive therapy is better since it can shorten the recovery time of the symptoms, reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
