摘要
保障房是政府建设社会保障系统的重要组成部分,按照限定的面积和销售价格向城镇低收入家庭提供住房保障,具有政策保障性质,降低成本是其管理的重要方向。本文结合管理研究经验,以实际案例为依托,研究保障房建设工程成本的管理方案,为相关的研究提供参考性的建议。
Together with status, this paper puts forward a construction management of low-income housing by execution control, cost control and administration for further reference.
