To promote the fusion of Chinese and Southeast Asian cultures and simultaneous development, to build a good environment resources together, we must actively learn on mutual complementarity based on the traditional culture, and establish a trust and understanding between the two parties. Thus, in Southeast Asia,the argument on Chinese threat theory will be proved unfounded.
