The Construction of Rule by Law in Local Government in the Context of Rule by Law in China

在阐述依法治国、地方法治建设及其相互关系的基础上,审视地方法治社会建设发展的历史与现状,分析中国目前地方法治社会建设的主要障碍及成因,并提出全面推进依法治国背景下加强地方法治社会建设的对策。

Based on the explanation of the rule by law, the construction of rule by law in local government and their mutual relationship, this paper examines the history and current situation of the construction development of society ruled by law in local government, analyzes its main obstacles and causes, and puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening it in context of carrying out rule by law in China.
