摘要
加强高校法制教肓,培育大学生社会主义法治精神是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。中国高校大学生法律素养有待提升,现行的法制教育欠缺实效性,究其原因主要是由于高校法制教育目标不明确、课程流于形式、第二课堂与社会实践环节不完善、具有法学专业背景的师资相对缺乏等。构建新型的高校法制教育模式必须创新高校法制教育目标、教育内容、教育的方式方法、师资队伍等,促进高校法制教育取得实效。
Strengthening college legal education and cultivating college students＇ the socialist spirit of law are a necessary requirement for building a socialist country ruled by law. The legal literacy of Chinese college students should be improved due to the current lack of effectiveness of legal education： unclear goals for legal education, a mere formality of this course, the imperfect second classroom and social practice, lack of teachers with a legal professional background, and so on. Building a new model of legal education must innovate legal education target, contents, ways and means, and faculties. Thus it can achieve tangible results in legal education in colleges and universities.
