浅析高校新校区建设中的基建管理

Study on the Infrastructure Construction Management in the Process of Colleges' New Campus Construction

文章在分析了高校新校区建设部门的职能与组织框架的基础上,提出了高校新校区建设基建质量的管理和控制方法,并对基建管理中的投资控制、缺陷控制、监理控制和设计方案的管理等内容进行了探讨,具有一定的实践指导意义。

Based on an analysis of the functions and organizational framework of colleges’new campus con-struction branches, this article puts forward the management and control approaches for the quality of the infras-tructure construction in this field. In addition, it studies the infrastructure construction management from such angles as investment control, deficiency control, supervision control as well as design scheme management.
