化学镀镍工艺的改进对金刚石/铜复合材料焊接性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 金刚石/铜复合材料表面采用化学镀镍20 min的金属化工艺使得润湿性得到很大提高,但经过焊接后连接强度达不到要求指标,焊接件的尺寸仅局限于10×10 mm的小件。为了提高焊接性能,本文采用对金刚石/铜复合材料分步化学镀镍+热处理的工艺,用SEM观察镀层热处理前后的变化,利用划痕实验检测镀层的结合强度,并用无损探伤实验检验焊料质量。结果表明,金属化层的厚度满足实验要求,分步化学镀镍工艺并经300℃热处理后金属化层对基体的包覆更完整,结合强度由原来的75 N提高到127 N,尺寸由原来的10×10 mm提高到10×60 mm。焊接性能明显得到了提高,满足了实验要求。 The process of chemical plating nickel on surface of diamond/copper composite material for about 20 minutes can greatly improve the wettability, but the connection strength can not meet the requirements,The size of the weld assembly is limited to 10×10 mm. In order to improve the welding performance, plating nickel + heat treatment process was used for the diamond/copper composite material. SEM was used to observ coating changes before and alter heat treatment, Scratchtests were used to mesure coating bonding strength, and ultrasonic non-destructive experiment was used to characterize brazing quality. Results show that the thickness of the metallized layer meet experimental requirements,the substrate coating by metallized layer is more complete with plating nickel + 300 ℃ heat treatment process. The bonding strength increase from 75 N to 127 N,the size change from 10×10 mm to 10×60 mm. Welding performance is significantly improved, and meet the requirement of experiment.
