汽车变速箱同步器齿毂(异形键槽)模具的设计

摘要 随着我国的汽车制造业的快速发展,对作为汽车"心脏"的变速器要求也越来越高,对变速器内的同步器齿毂形状和精度要求也相应提高。本文对汽车变速箱同步器齿毂(具有异形键槽)模具进行设计,综合了在实际生产过程中遇到的各种问题,最终采用增大压制上外模冲、下外模冲与阴模局部配合面之间的配合间隙,同时在阴模键子上开个凹台,即逃粉槽的模具设计方式,避免了阴模键开裂,使具有异形键槽的同步器齿毂能大批量的生产,降低成本,提高生产效率。 With the rapid development of auto industry in our country, the requirements for automobile transmission, the " heart" , are more and more high, the requirements for shape and accuracy of synchronizer gear hub in transmission are also increasing accordingly. The mold of synchronizer gear hub (with the alien keyway) in automobile gearbox was designed, the problems encountered in the actual production process were synthesized. The mass production, cost reduction, and improvement of production efficiency of synchronizer gear hub with specialshaped key can be realized by increasing gap between fitting surfaces of up and down plungers and die, and setting up alcove in die key to avoid the cracking of die key.
