面向新疆农牧区高师专科层次教学改革措施及成效分析

Teaching Reform Measures and Effectiveness Analysis for Agricultural and Pastoral Areas with Xinjiang Advanced Normal College

探索符合基础教育改革、新疆教育发展需要的教育教学模式,一直以来是新疆各高师院校师范生培养发展的重心。新疆师范高等专科学校借助"综合理科实验班"的开展,三年来积极探索专科层次师范生人才培养的模式及规格,取得了显著的成绩。文章将系统梳理与总结该校在教学改革探索中的思路、途径和取得的成就,提炼可推广的改革模式,以期继续深层次推动新疆维吾尔自治区高师院校教育教学改革。

It has always been a focus of advanced normal colleges in Xinjiang to expiore basic education reform in line with the teaching model that required by the development of education in Xinjiang. xinjiang Advanced Nor-mal Colleges have explored the models and specifications of personnel training and achieved remarkable results in these three years by carrying out “comprehensive science experiment class”. This paper systematically summarizes the ideas, approaches and achievements in the exploration of the teaching reform of xinjiang Advanced Normal Col-lege as well as refining replicable model for reform in order to continue to promote deep-seated educational reform ith more normal college in Xinjiang autonomous region.
