新疆师范类大学生实习支教现状调查与研究——以新疆师范大学为例

Investigation and Study on the Current Situation of Teaching Practice of Normal University Students in Xinjiang——Taking Xinjiang Normal University as an Example

实习支教是目前我国高等师范院校教育实习的重要形式,它不仅对师范生实践能力的培养起重要作用,而且还担负着改善农村师资、提高农村教育质量的重要使命。研究实习支教现状,对于进一步完善实习支教模式,提高实习支教实施效果和质量具有现实意义。文章以新疆师范大学为例,结合调研成果,运用教育理论,就南疆地区实习支教的现状进行分析研究,在此基础上提出建议。

Teaching practice is an important form of educational practice in the Normal University at present. It is not only play an important role in training normal students,but also undertake an important mission in impro-ving rural quality of teachers and education. Studing on the current situation of teaching practice has a practical sig-nificance to further improve teaching practice mode and effect.In this paper, the author take Xinjiang Normal Uni-versity as an example,combining the research results and using educational theory analysis the situation of practical teaching.At the same time, offer some proposals for teaching practice.
