物联网技术应用于远程中医诊断的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前各省会城市中医院名老中医门诊号需求量大、号源紧张等问题,构建了基于物联网技术的远程中医诊断的系统架构及应用方案。在对基于物联网技术的远程中医诊断的设计思想进行分析的基础上,搭建基于物联网技术的远程中医诊断的系统架构,以一所三甲中医院远程中医诊疗项目的实施为例,制定具体的中医远程诊断的应用方案,包括总体功能模块设计、应用框架设计和具体部件设计三方面。实践表明,基于物联网技术的远程中医诊断的实施有效缓解了名老中医诊断中的突出问题,对目前中医院名老中医现有的诊断模式产生了积极深远的影响。 According to the problems of large demand and tense source of outpatient number of prominent TCM doctors in TCM hospitals of provincial capital cities, the system architecture and application scheme of remote TCM diagnosis based on the in-ternet of things is constructed.Based on the analysis of design idea about remote TCM diagnosis, this paper puts up the system ar-chitecture of remote TCM diagnosis.Furthermore, taking the project implementation of remote TCM diagnosis in the third grade A hospital as an example, this paper also establishes an application scheme of remote TCM diagnosis, including the aspects of the de-sign of function module , application framework, specific units and so on.Practice has proved that the deployment of remote TCM diagnosis effectively solves the prominent problems existing in the diagnosis of prominent TCM doctors and it brings positive and profound effect for present mode of the diagnosis in TCM hospital.
