摘要
提出了一种新的畸变椭圆定子轨道曲线,建立了球塞运动数学模型,推导出球塞的运动学参数,对求解参数进行仿真研究。并与传统的圆形轨道曲线进行分析比较,发现其相关力学性能有明显的优化,脉动波动噪声有所改善,这为该变量泵的设计制造奠定了理论基础。
In this paper, matical model on the ball When compared with the chanical properties and p we propose a new elliptical distortion stator orbit curve equation, and establish a mathepiston movement, and then simulate the kinematic parameters by the ball piston deduced. traditional circular track curve, this model has a significant correlation to optimize the meulsating noise fluctuations improvement, which can provide a theoretical basis for design and manufacture of variable pumps.
