摘要
通过对某型气体调压阀导流器支架部件进行结构与灵敏度分析,确定支架厚度是影响其应力大小的关键因素,且支架在自身质量方面有很大的优化空间。基于SIMP法对支架进行拓扑优化,在满足材料许用应力的前提下,减轻了支架的重量。通过雷诺数条件选用k-ε模型对流场进行分析,优化前后的阀体内部流场未产生不良变化。
The structure and sensitivity of the bracket component in gas pressure regulator are analyzed and the thickness of the bracket is determined as the key factor affecting its stress for optimization. The SIMP method is applied to the bracket for topology optimization on the premise of meeting the material allowable stress by reducing its weight. The analysis by k - 8 model on basis of Reynolds number shows that it does not affect the internal flow field of the valve body.
