摘要 为了研制出海洋平台水下导管架灌浆卡箍加固装置,进行了伸缩式灌浆卡箍研究,提出了伸缩式灌浆卡箍的总体方案,并介绍了其工作原理。采用同步回路进行了灌浆卡箍的液压系统设计,建立了阀控缸同步运动数学模型并进行了仿真分析,确定了合理的PID控制参数。通过灌浆卡箍样机伸缩运动实验,验证了设计的合理性、可行性。该装置可以实现海洋平台水下导管架脆弱节点及受损结构的加固加强作业,为国内海洋平台加固工作提供技术支持。 For the purpose of development on grouted clamp device for the ocean platform' s underwater jacket, the research on telescopic grouted clamp is carried out. The overall project and operating principle are presented. The hydraulic system adopting the synchronizing circuit is designed, and the valve-controlled cylinder synchronous movement mathematical model is established to determine reasonable PID control parameters. Design reasonability and feasibility are verified by a telescopic movement experiment of grouted clamp prototype. This device is used to strengthen and reinforce jacket' s fragile points and the damaged structure for the ocean platform' s underwater jacket, which can provide technical support for the reinforcement work area of the civil ocean platform.
