摘要 介绍了先导式溢流阀的工作原理,采用工程系统仿真软件AMESim建立了该阀的仿真模型,并在此基础上,通过设置相应参数,完成先导式溢流阀正常状况以及常见故障状况的仿真。仿真结果表明,应用AMESim软件仿真能够很方便快捷地模拟实际先导式溢流阀的各类故障响应,为开展先导式溢流阀的故障诊断及预测研究工作提供有价值的参考。 The principle of piloted relief valve is introduceded. The simulation model of piloted relief valve is estab- lished by using the simulation software AMESim, and the main parameters of the model are set to achieve different simulations of this valve both in normal condition and common fault conditions. The simulation results show that all kinds of fault response can be simulated expediently with this kind of simulation,which offers a valuable referrence for fault diagnosis and fault prediction of piloted relief valve.
