Optimization Structural Design of Tipping Worktable of Aluminum Cleaning Machine

本文提出了一种铝包清理机构的改进装置—倾翻式工作台结构。对改进后机构的不同工位及特点,进行了工作台的受力分析。通过推导,得出了工作台翻转力与工作台结构转角之间的对应关系。以此为依据,对工作台设计及倾翻功能的实现提出了合理的要求和建议,从而使该结构的铝包清理机更加完善。

This paper proposes an improved device of tipping worktable of aluminum cleaning machine, takes stress analysis to different position and characteristic of the improved mechanism of the worktable, obtains the corresponding relation between the worktable overturning force and worktable bench structure angle by calculation. On this basis, the paper puts forward the rational demands and suggestions to achieve worktable design and tipping function, so that the structure of the cleaning of aluminum will be more perfect.
