摘要
针对遥测组件通道数量多,传输信息量大,传输精度易受外界环境影响的问题,本文设计了一种复杂遥测组件自动化标定系统方案,介绍了其硬件、软件的实现方法。系统利用所提出的对不同类型信号在标定时使用幅度、频率估计的方法,可实现对多达70路的遥测组件通道的自动化标定。Matlab仿真及实测数据表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性,较高的效率和测试精度。
According to the problems that the number of channels often needed in telemetry compo-nents is large, the amount of the information transmitted in the channels is large, and the precision of the information transmitted in the channels may be easily affected by the outside environment, an automatic calibration system for complex telemetry components is designed, and its hardware and software implement methods are introduced.The system can calibrate more than 70 channels of the telemetry components au-tomatically by using the proposed signal amplitude and freguency estimation method while calibrating dif-ferent type signals.Simulation with Matlab and practical test data show that the system has good stability, high efficiency and testing precision.
