摘要
为使用两段式横管初冷器提取煤气中低品位热,济钢集团国际工程技术有限公司使用换热段分割的方案,通过对换热管的封堵和对封头的改造,将原来的换热段进行重新分割确定高温段、中段和低温段,将两段式初冷器改造为三段式初冷器。改造后,实现了煤气中低品位热的余热回收。经测算4.02 a可全部收回投资。
In order to use the two-stage horizontal tube cooler to extract low grade heat from the coal gas, Jigang International Engineering and Technology Co.,Ltd. chose the scheme of splitting heat-exchanging unit, divides the original heat-exchanging unit into high temperature, middle and low temperature unit in the method of altering the sealing head and plugging the heat-exchanging pipes, makes the two-stage horizontal tube cooler into the three-stage horizontal tube cooler. Through this method, the goal of extracting low grade heat from the coal gas can be achieved. According to estimates, the owners can recover the full investment in 4.02 years.
