摘要
京石段工程作为南水北调中线先期完工的项目,现已先后4次从河北省向北京市应急供水.渠道充水是输水全过程的第1个阶段,可靠、合理的充水方案既能迅速准确地满足供水计划对时间和流量的要求,又能保证输水建筑物的安全运行,节省充水水量.基于京石段4次调度运行记录,通过对数据进行筛选、提炼,总结充水过程中各节制闸的操作流程,对比分析各节制闸的滞后时间、开度、闸前水位、闸后水位等各项参数,研究充水过程中水流的反映时间,总结分析出历次充水的方法和规律.
The Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section as an early project which was completed in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion, provided four times separate emergency water supply to Beijing from Hebei Province. Channel water filling is the first stage of the whole water division project. The reliable and reasonable water-filling scheme can promptly and accurately meet the requirements of water supply planning for time and flow, can guarantee the safety of the operation of water-diversion structures, and can save water which should be filled at the same time. Based on the record data of the four times operations and dispatches, we summarized the operation process of the water filling of each check gate by screening and refining data, and analyzed the various parameters of each gate, such as the lag time, the opening, the water level before gates, the water level after gates, and so on. At last, we researched the reflection time of water flow in the process of water filling and summarized the various methods and rules of water filling.
