摘要
选用昆明境内17个长系列雨量站点,采用数理统计法对不同系列长度的代表性进行分析评价,旨在得到合理的最短代表系列长度。经分析评价,确定年降水量最短代表期为1978~2012年,n=35 a具有代表性,且符合现行SL278-2002《水利水电水文计算规范》对最短系列长度要求,又能充分利用现有资料。年径流与年降水有密切关系,由此推知年径流35 a系列也具有代表性。为水资源调查评价和水资源综合规划提供参考依据。
Aimed at obtaining the rational shortest length of the typical series , analysis and assessment of the repre-sentation of different series lengths were made by the mathematical statistics based on the 17 long series rainfall sta-tions selected within the boundaries of Kunming City .It is determined that the shortest typical period of annual pre-cipitation is 1978 –2012 and n =35 a is considered to be typical after analysis and assessment , which meets the requirement of the shortest series length as stipulated in the current SL 278 –2002”Specifications for Hydro and Hydropower Hydrological Calculation”, meanwhile , the existing data could be fully used .The annual runoff is closely related with the annual precipitation , derived from which the annual runoff 35 a is also considered as typical . It provides the reference basis for survey , assessment and comprehensive planning of water resources .
