摘要
利用生物信息学软件对桑树matK基因进行分析,对matK氨基酸序列的理化性质、疏水性/亲水性、信号肽、跨膜结构域、二级结构及同源建模、亚细胞定位、聚类分析、结合区进行预测分析,同时构建桑树等13种生物的同源树。结果表明:matK氨基酸序列由20种、505个氨基酸组成,无信号肽,为亲水性非跨膜蛋白,二级结构以α螺旋为主,无法进行同源建模,存在6种GO功能和9个结合区,亚细胞定位证实matK氨基酸序列只存在于真核生物叶绿体中,桑树等13个物种matK氨基酸序列具有高度的同源性。
The mat K gene was analyzed by bioin{ormatics software, information about catKamino acid sequence including physicoehemical property, hydrophily/hydrophobicity, signal peptide, transmembrane domain, secondary structure, homologous modeling, subcellular localization, GO, binding region, were predicted and analyzed. The matK amino acid sequence includes 20 kinds and 505 amino acids, with no signal peptide, being hydrophilic non teansmembrane protein. The secondary structure primarily was ahelix and homology modeling was carried out unsuccessfully. The amino acid sequence existed in the eukaryotes chloroplasts through subcellular localization contained 6 GO functions and 9 binding regions. The matK amino acid sequences share a highly homology in 13 species.
