摘要
在分析目前现有的交交变频技术的基础上,通过控制传统的交流调压电路中的功率器件MOSFET的导通与关断,改进了控制策略,实现了三相多功能交交系统变频变压的目的。以三相系统为研究对象,分别考虑系统在三相和单相输出时变脉宽控制方式下的占空比表达式及相关的控制规律,同时在SIMULINK环境下进行了仿真,并且完成了相应的实验。通过实验表明,提出的多功能AC/AC变频系统的理论分析是正确的,其基于变脉宽的PWM控制策略是可行的。
The present AC/AC converter technology is analyzed in this paper,and the device of MOSFET is applied into the traditional circuit of ac voltage-adjusted,and the circuit is altered properly,so the aim of three phases multifunctional AC/AC converter is realized in the system.Considering the output is three-phrases and single-phrase respectively,the duty cycle of variable pulse width is deduced and regulation-related is analyzed carefully.Based on the above contents,the system is simulated in SIMULINK environment,and the corresponding experiment is completed.The experiment result shows that,the theoretical analysis of multifunctional AC/AC principle being proposed in the paper is correct,and PWM control strategy based on the variable of pulse width is feasible.
