频率稳定度的测试与分析

摘要 文章介绍了5120A,P07D.2,TF-01B三种在测试中常用的频率稳定度测试仪器及其测试原理,并使用这三种仪器对8257D及SMT-03两种信号源进行输出频率稳定度测试,验证了三种频率稳定度测试仪器的测量精度及其准确度。测量结果表明对于频率稳定度较高的源进行测量时,三种仪器测量结果相近,对于较差的信号源进行频率稳定度测量时,TSC5120A可即快速又准确的得到测试结果。 The paper introduces three instruments which are commonly used in testing frequency stability as test instruments, namely 5120A,PO7D-2 and TF-01B and its working principle, and uses the three instruments to test the output frequency stability of two signal source ,namely 8257D and SMT-03. Then the precision and ac- curacy of the three frequency stability instruments are verified. Finally, measurement shows that the results ob- tained of the three instruments are similar in the measurement of source with higher frequency stability, and that the fast and accurate results can be obtained using 5120A in the measurement of single source with lower frequency stability.
