摘要 目的研究瑞芬太尼在颅脑损伤患者急诊手术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析江西省中医院收治的51例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法分成瑞芬太尼组(26例)和芬太尼组(25例),对比分析两种药物在颅脑损伤急诊麻醉中的作用。结果瑞芬太尼组患者在麻醉管理中与芬太尼组比较,患者在术中心率、平均动脉压等血流动力学指标均平稳,麻醉苏醒时间缩短,且不良反应较少(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼具有起效快、无积蓄、术后能快速清醒和脑保护作用等优点,能为颅脑损伤手术提供平稳的麻醉效果。 Objective To investigate the anesthetic efficacy and safety of remifentanil in patients undergoing emergency operation for craniocerebral injury. Methods Clinical data of 51 patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed retrospectively. The anesthetic efficacy was compared between patients receiving remifentanil and patients receiving fentanyl. Results Compared with fentanyl group, intraoperative heart rate, mean arterial pressure and other hemodynamic indexes stabilized and anesthesia recovery time and adverse reactions decreased in remifentanil group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil has a rapid onset, promotes recovery from anesthesia, protects against craniocerebral injury, provides smooth anesthetic induction and does not accumulate in the body.
