软骨损伤与中耳术后耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎

Relationship between Cartilage Injury and Suppurative Perichondritis of Auricle after Middle Ear Surgery

目的研究中耳术后耳廓软骨损伤与否与耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎的关系。方法回顾分析1 453例行鼓室成型中耳手术患者的临床资料,其中行耳甲腔成型病例1 083例(耳甲腔成型组),非耳甲腔成型病例370例(非耳甲腔成型组)。比较2组并发耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎的发生率。结果耳甲腔成型组并发术后耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎12例,发生率为1.11%;非耳甲腔成型组并发术后耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎0例,发生率0.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中耳手术中耳廓软骨损伤与耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎有一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between cartilage injury and suppurative perichondritis of auricle after middle ear surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 1 453 patients who underwent tympanoplasty, including 1 083 patients who underwent the plasty of the cavity of auricular concha and 370 patients who did not receive the plasty of the cavity of auricular concha. The incidence of suppurative perichondritis of auricle was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of suppurative perichondritis of auricle in patients who underwent the plasty of the cavity of auricular concha was significantly higher than that in patients who did not receive the plasty of the cavity of auricular concha （1.11% vs 0.00%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a correlation between cartilage injury and suppurative perichondritis of auricle after middle ear surgery.
