摘要
应用正交试验对电抗器振动测试测点及方法进行了优化,选取多因素及三水平特征表征电抗器振动测试过程。对比分析改进前后的电抗器振动测试重复率指标,正交试验优化后试验重复率明显降低,试验效率得到提高。
In this paper the orthogonal test method is used to optimize test point selection and test method for power reactor vibration test, muhiple factors and features at three levels are selected to characterize the power reactor vibration test process. The comparison of test repetition rate after optimization with the rate before optimization shows that the test repetition rate is reduced and test efficiency is improved notably.
