关于云南开放大学内涵建设的思考

Reflections on the Connotation Construction of Yunnan Open University

实施内涵建设既是开放大学自身发展的现实需要,也是社会发展的必然要求。云南开放大学内涵建设的基本思路是:突出特色和优势,提高质量和效益,加强改革与创新,注重文化建设与传承;内涵建设的策略是:改革管理方式,实现精细化管理和目标管理,推进学院制改革,深化人事管理制度改革,围绕大学四大功能,提高人才培养质量,提高科学研究水平,提升社会服务能力,加强学校文化建设。

The connotation construction of Yunnan Open University is not only the actual requirement of its own self-development, but also the inevitable requirement of social development. The basic ideas of the connotation construction are to highlight characteristics and advantages, to improve quality efficiency and to strengthen reform and innovation as well as to stress on culture construction and heritage. Its basic strategies are to change management style, to conduct fine management and goal management and to promote college system reform as well to make deep reform of personnel management system. Yunnan Open University should improve the quality of its personnel training, raise its scientific research level, enhance its social services ability and strengthen its cultural construction in terms of four major functions of universities.
