淮安属于苏北欠发达地区,目前正处于新型工业化和城镇化加速发展的关键时期,给文化遗产的生存和保护带来巨大冲击。文章对当前淮安新型城镇化和城乡一体化进程中文化遗产保护现状和存在的问题进行深入剖析,对淮安新型城镇化背景下的文化遗产保护思路进行了探讨和研究。

Huaian belongs to less developed area in Northern Jiangsu Province and is now in a critical period of accelerating development of new industrialization and urbanization, bringing huge impact on the survival and protection of the cultural heritage. The paper carries on the thorough analysis to the present protection situation and the current the problems of cultural heritage in Huai＇ an in the process of new urbanization and urban - rural integration and the protection approaches are discussed as well.
