书屋建设与民众阅读问题的思考

Thoughts on Rural Library Construction and Reading Problems of the Common People

随着社会发展的需要,为了全面提升民众的文化综合素质,政府进一步加大了对群众文化基础设施的投入,特别是面向农村、社区的乡镇书屋建设。然而,普及后的书屋却没有达到预期效果,没有引起民众的阅读兴趣。文章从乡镇书屋的建设与管理的现实出发,从书屋建设的主体、书屋面对的服务群体、书屋建设的管理因素及书屋建设的服务因素等方面分析了当前书屋建设中存在的主要问题。为使书屋更好地服务于民众阅读,提出了书屋要在以人为本的基础上,加强宣传引导,同时要有的放矢的配送书刊。

Along with the need of social development, in order to improve the comprehensive culture quality of the com- mon people, the government further increased infrastructure investment of the mass culture, especially for construction of the nn＇al library. However, popularization of the rural library haven＇ t achieved the desired effect and aroused the common people＇ s interest in the reading. Therefore, from the perspective of construction and management of the rural library, the paper made an analysis of the main problems existing in the current rural library construction in the library subject, the service group facing the library, management factors and library service factors. In order to make the library better service the public reading, the paper also puts forward the library shall strengthen propaganda and guidance, on the basis of people- oriented concept and distribute books and periodicals with a pirpose.
