摘要
分析离子膜自然循环电解槽电流效率下降的原因是:系统淡盐水p H值持续上涨,淡盐水脱氯困难,导致二次盐水游离氯严重超标,进入电解槽系统造成膜性能下降。给出相应的控制及预防措施。
The causes of current efficiency drop of natural-circulation electrolyzers were analyzed. The causes lay in that continuous rise in pH value of dilute brine made it difficult to remove free chlorine from dilute brine, which was followed by that secondary brine containing excessive free chlorine was fed into electrolyzers, and therefore the performance of ion-exchange membrane was degraded. Controlling and preventive measures were proposed.
