摘要
采用如下方法对尿素法制肼工序的氧化液进行处理:以丙酮作试剂,先与氧化液中肼反应得丙酮连氮,再精馏提纯;分离出来的丙酮连氮经水解,重新获得纯度和浓度较高的水合肼;水解产生的丙酮返回系统循环使用;残留盐溶液回收处理后得到的氯化钠返回烧碱生产系统。
A method was taken to treat oxidation solution formed in urea-process hydrazine production. The method comprised followings:①reacting acetone with hydrazine contained in the oxidation solution to obtain ketazine;②distilling to purify the obtained ketazine, hydrolyzing the separated ketazine to obtain high purity and high concentration hydrazine hydrate again;③ recycling the acetone formed in the hydrolysis to the system;④recovering and treating residual salt solution to obtain sodium chloride, and recycling the sodium chloride to produce caustic soda.
