近三十年教师尊严研究现状、存在问题及对策

摘要 近三十年教师尊严研究深化了对教师尊严的内涵和特征的认识,深刻地把握了导致教师尊严消退的原因,提出了一些具有实践价值的提高教师尊严的建议和措施。但是存在研究成果总量偏少、研究分化不强、研究范围偏窄和研究方法单一等问题。为了实现研究新突破,必须细化研究主题,增强研究的针对性;拓展研究领域,架构研究的系统性;开展交叉研究,提升研究的理论性;改进研究方法,强化研究的适切性。 In recent 30 years, remarkable researches have been done on teachers' dignity. The researches deepen the recognition of the connotations and characters about Teachers' Dignity, and grasp the reasons leading to the recession of the teacher's dignity. They make some pertinent and practical suggestions on how to promote the teacher's dignity. But in the research, some problems sill exist as foUows: smaller amounts of results, cursory classification, narrow fields, simplex methods and so on. In order to make a new breakthrough, we need to refine the research topics, strengthen the pertinence, expand the fields, build the system, carry out the interdisciplinary researches, promote the theory, improve the methods, thus the research may get closer to the reality.
