两起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的调查

摘要 目的通过对同一餐饮单位连续发两起食物中毒事件的调查思考,为今后预防和监管提供依据。方法采用流行病学与现场卫生学调查,结合实验室检测结果分析。结果根据临床表现、流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查和实验室检测结果,依据WS/T86-1996《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》,确定为副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。结论把关餐饮单位预防性审查,做好经常性监督管理,积极开展知识宣传,提高从业人员认识,可有效预防类似事件发生。 Objective Through the investigation on two cases of food poisoning events continued on the same catering units, provide the basis for prevention and control. Methods Application of Epidemiology and Health to investigate the scene , combined with laboratory test results were analyzed. Results According to clinical manifestations, epidemiology, health investigation site and laboratory test results, WS/T86-1996 (Poisoning diagnostic criteria and principles of management of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food), identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning. Conclusion Through strictly precautionary examination catering units, conducting regular supervision and management of food safety, actively carrying out the food safety knowledge publicity, improving staff awareness, can effectively prevent similar incidents.
