摘要
采用不同生长调节剂对2年生大叶速生槐主杆进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:①扦插平均成活率在24.97%~37.84%,显示出IBA>NAA>GGR>ABT>CK(对照)>2.4-D的规律;扦插平均成活率的季节影响变化为秋季(62.08%)>冬季(50.74%)>春季(11.11%)>夏季(6.95%).②扦插的各生长量指标(主杆高、分枝及叶片数,等)以NAA和ABT处理较高,2.4-D最低;扦插3月龄的幼苗总生物量显示出NAA> GGR>ABT>IBA>CK>2.4-D的规律,其中地上部分分别占94.36 %~99.16%.③综合分析得出,在秋、冬季节里,采用生长调节剂NAA和GGR处理2年生大叶速生槐扦插的幼苗成活率、生长量及生物量较高.
Using different growth regulators on two-year-old Robinia pseudoacacia in the main stem for cutting propagation test. The results showed that (1) the average survival rate of cuttage was between 24.97 % and 37.84 %, and the law that IBA〉NAA〉GGR〉ABT〉CK (comparison) 〉2.4-D was shown; the average survival rate of cuttage changed with the seasonal variation-62.08 % (inautumn) 〉50.74% (inwinter) 〉11.11% (inspring) 〉6.95% (insummer) (2) The growth index of cutting propagation (including the height of main stem and the number of branch and leaf) illustrated that NAA and ABT had powerful treatment effects, conversely 2.4-D had the weakest treatment effect. The total biomass of three-month-old cutting seedlings revealed another law that NAA〉GGR〉ABT〉IBA〉CK (comparison) 〉2.4-D, and the ground part occupied from 94.36 % to 99.16 %. (3) The comprehensive analysis proves that the increment, the total biomass, and the survival rate of two-year-old Robinia pseudoacacia cutting cuttage achieved a higher level when they were handled with NAA and GGR.
